Street Tacos

Ingredients Needed:
Set stove to medium heat and thinly coat a pan with olive oil
Cut chicken breast into narrow strips. Add to pan
Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or cumin until browning occurs
Add 1 jar of salsa and set the heat to low
Simmer until chicken is fully cooked, then turn off the heat
In a medium sized bowl, add cooked corn and black beans
Finely chop cilantro and jalapeno pepper. Add to bowl
Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice
Mix until satisfied and set it to the side
Heat up corn tortillas and set into a warmer
Add all ingredients
Eat and enjoy!
- 1 Jar of Traditional E.A.T. from the Garden Salsa
- 3lbs of Chicken Breast
- Corn (Fresh or Frozen)
- Black Beans
- Corn Tortillas
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- Cilantro
- Lime Juice
- Olive Oil
